Zilla Video Converter-Decompiler is a basic application that lets you decompile video files and convert AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF formats to AVI, Real Media and Windows Media files for different purposes.
This program features the possibility to configure output settings like frame rate, bit rate, codec, audio format, start and stop positions (as percentage values), and resolution.
Features and tools presented by this software are limited, no preview screen is available when working with your files, no editing tools can be used (like crop screen, effects, or watermarks), and every time you start a conversion a file download will start, making the process annoying. The user interface is simple but intuitive and options available are enough for basic users, but this is not my favorite conversion software.
Note: Zilla Video Converter-Decompiler is free to download and use, but it comes with Relevant Knowledge, an application that analyzes and sends information about your browsing habits. If you don't want to send that kind of information, you should not install this software.
